WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

We are an experienced team of fully qualified and trainee counsellors who provide support for people’s well-being through weekly counselling sessions.

Our areas of counselling expertise includes depression, anxiety, work-related stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties. We offer counselling for adults (individuals or couples) and young people (16-18 year olds).

We offer both open-ended as well as short-term counselling (10 weeks).

HOW WE CAN HELP..

Counselling at ACS gives you an opportunity to explore any problems and issues in a confidential setting, with a counsellor who will listen and help you understand your feelings, thoughts and behaviour.

We provided a safe, sympathetic, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential environment to explore and get you through difficult times.
